Topping up RichTop with a Monobank, PrivatBank or other bank card

RichTop does not have a separate method for each bank: you can top up a UAH account from a card of any Ukrainian bank. The only difference is which app you make the transfer from.

P2P transfer (from 300 to 29,999 UAH)

  1. Click "Deposit" and choose P2P transfer.
  2. Enter the amount. The system will show the payment details for the transfer.
  3. Open your banking app (Monobank, Privat24, PUMB or another) and make a transfer to these details for the amount given in the instructions.
  4. Once the payment arrives, the money will appear on your balance.

Card (instant) (from 500 to 11,999 UAH)

Card payment on the payment page: enter your card details and confirm the payment in your banking app.

Tips

  • Get new payment details for every new deposit, do not transfer to old ones.
  • Transfer the amount stated in the instructions, otherwise crediting may be delayed.
  • Keep the receipt until the deposit is credited.

Frequently asked questions

Does the bank charge a fee?
RichTop charges no fee. Your bank may charge its own transfer fee, the amount depends on your card plan.
The bank declined the payment
Try another method in the cashier or another card. If the money was debited but not credited, write to support with the receipt.
