How to recover your RichTop password
Your password is recovered via the email you provided when signing up.
- In the login window click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your email.
- You will receive a six-digit code. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code and your new password.
The number of attempts is limited, so if the code does not work, make sure you are entering the most recent one you received.
If you signed up via Telegram or Google
You do not need a password for this kind of login: just log in the same way you signed up.
No access to your email
A password cannot be recovered by phone number. Write to customer support from the email or Telegram linked to your account.
Frequently asked questions
The code does not arrive
Check your "Spam" and "Promotions" folders and make sure the address is correct. If there is still no email after a few minutes, request the code again.
