RichTop login to your account

There are three ways to log in to your RichTop account. Use the one you signed up with.

Login methods

  1. Email and password. Click "Login" in the top right corner and enter your email and password. The "Remember me" checkbox keeps you logged in on this device.
  2. Telegram. In the login window choose Telegram: scan the QR code with your phone or tap "Open Telegram" and confirm the login in the @RichTop2_Bot bot.
  3. Google. The Google button in the login window opens the Google account picker.

Two-factor authentication

In your profile settings you can turn on login with a code from Google Authenticator. The site will then ask for a six-digit code from the app in addition to your password. This protects your account even if someone learns your password.

Cannot log in

  • Check that you are entering the email you signed up with, and check the keyboard layout when typing your password.
  • Forgot your password - use password recovery, a code will be sent to your email.
  • The site does not open - open it via the Telegram bot or read about the mirror.
  • Nothing helped - write to support.

Frequently asked questions

I signed up via Telegram. How do I log in from a computer?
In the login window choose Telegram and scan the QR code with the phone that has Telegram installed. Your account will open on the computer.
