How to get an answer faster

Write from the email or Telegram linked to your account, or include your account ID from your profile right away.
If your question is about a deposit, add the amount, time and a screenshot or receipt of the payment.
If your question is about a game, include the game name and the approximate time.

Support staff never ask for your password or an email code.

My deposit was not credited. What should I do?

Write to support with the amount and time of the payment and attach the bank receipt. A staff member will check the payment and either credit it or refund it.
