Why you cannot withdraw money from RichTop
Most often a withdrawal is unavailable for one of these reasons. The message in the cashier will tell you which one.
"Turn over your deposit before withdrawing"
Every deposit must be turned over in bets totaling twice its amount. For example, after a 500 UAH deposit you need to place 1,000 UAH in bets. A new deposit replaces the previous requirement.
Active bonus or free spins
Until the bonus is wagered, withdrawals are unavailable. You can wager the bonus in full or cancel it, in which case the bonus funds are forfeited along with it.
Email not verified
Verify your email in your profile: you will receive a six-digit code.
Three active requests already
Wait until one of them is processed or cancel one you do not need.
Amount outside the limits
To a card - from 500 to 20,000 UAH per request. Split a larger amount into several requests.
If none of these reasons apply, write to support.
