Withdrawing from RichTop to a card
From a UAH account, winnings are withdrawn to a card of any Ukrainian bank: Monobank, PrivatBank, PUMB, A-Bank and others.
Amounts
From 500 to 20,000 UAH per request. A larger amount can be withdrawn in several requests, with up to three active at a time.
What to include in the request
- card number;
- bank name;
- the cardholder's last name, first name and patronymic.
Withdraw to your own card: if the name does not match your account details, the payout may be held for review.
Frequently asked questions
How long until the money reaches my card?
Usually from 5 minutes to 24 hours after the request is submitted. The time it takes to reach the card also depends on the bank.
Can I withdraw to a card I did not deposit from?
Yes, as long as it is your card. There is no "deposit card only" restriction.
