Verification at RichTop (KYC)
Verification (KYC) is a check that the account is used by its owner. It is usually not required for regular play and withdrawals, but the casino has the right to request documents, for example for large amounts or suspicious transactions.
When documents may be requested
- If more than $6,000 is deposited in a day, the casino may ask you to confirm the source of funds.
- Before a withdrawal, if there is something unusual in your transactions.
- If the details in your account do not match the card details.
How to get verified
- Open your profile and go to the "Verification" tab.
- Enter your first and last name as they appear in the document.
- Choose a document: passport, ID card or driver's license.
- Take photos of both sides of the document and a selfie holding the document. It is convenient to shoot with your phone via the QR code or with your device camera.
- Submit the photos. Accepted formats are jpg, png and webp up to 10 MB.
Documents are reviewed by a staff member. After the review the status changes to "Verified" or "Rejected" with a reason, in which case you can upload the photos again.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to send documents?
Documents are used only for identity verification. After the check the copies are deleted, as stated in the AML/KYC policy.
Why was my verification rejected?
Most often because of a blurry photo, cropped document edges or different names in the document and the account. The reason is shown in the "Verification" tab.
